Colleen works as a chef on a commercial fishing boat, she is a health/alcohol-free coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition/This Naked Mind/Becoming Euphoric) whose niches are binge behavior and how to deal with cravings.
She volunteers, plays the ukulele, rides horses and loves to have fun with whatever she is doing!
Colleen shares her personal journey of binge drinking, the tragic impact of alcohol on her late husband, and the life-changing decision to become alcohol-free.
We are also excited to announce Colleen's upcoming book 'Beyond Binge,' which aims to raise awareness about the dangers of binge drinking and mental health.
