#030 – “He who walks with the wise will become wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm.” Proverbs 13:20 is a verse that rings oh so true in the world of leadership. Oftentimes as leaders we can become so focused on the growth of our ministry and teams that we forget to put time and energy into our own growth as leaders. The eagerness we once had to learn and grow early on in ministry has somewhat settled into a bank of knowledge and experiences that we feel is good enough. We become content in our abilities. But what if we were made to continually grow? What if we don’t have all of the answers? How can we continue to be students of the word and students of ministry all throughout our lives? These are the questions we aim to answer in today’s podcast episode.
We hope you enjoy episode 30 of the Lead Volunteers Podcast and share it with a ministry leader you know who may find this beneficial for their ministry context!
