#031 – N.O.P.E - Not our problem everyone. It's very easy in the ministry world to notice the problems of other people's ministries while neglecting the problems within your own area. That's a tough pill to swallow, right? Well for years, we have sat through the agenda-less meetings, the not thought out events, and seen far too many leader wing it. As much as we want to point the finger and address the issues we see, maybe the first question we should be asking is, "do I display any of these frustrating qualities to my own team?" In this episode of the podcast, we talk about the importance of controlling what it is that we can control within our own area of ministry before we begin expanding our umbrella of "influence" onto ministries we have no authority over.
