Craig changed his career path from his position as Asst. Chief of the Virginia Air National Guard Fire Dept to assist a small utility locating business, which he later purchased. After growing his business, he started 2 other utility locating businesses. In 2019 he sold his companies to a west coast firm. A couple years later he decided to get into the restaurant business, and now owns one of the highest rated fine dining steak and seafood restaurants in Myrtle Beach SC. O.A.K. Prime Kitchen and Bar.
