For the past few years, we’ve held a 7-minute morning meditation as a daily anchor for our community, Balanced Planet Yoga. It’s a space to pause, breathe, and center before the day begins—whether you’re rolling out of bed or already deep into your morning routine. These sessions are designed to be accessible, grounding, and transformative, offering a small but powerful ritual of stillness amid life’s chaos.

Now, we’re making these meditations available to more people, beyond our live 7:30 AM sessions. We know that not everyone can join us in real-time, so we’re sharing these prerecorded meditations from our daily Zoom sessions, allowing you to experience them whenever it fits into your day.
