The things I’m assuming you already know:1. You can book dinner and brunch 45 days before your sailing (this means at MIDNIGHT of the day that is 45 days before your embarkation day)2. There are 6 “dinner restaurants” and 2 of them also offer brunch3. That you can book EACH RESTAURANT one time “on a short sailing” and on a “longer sailing” can book them twice (or more depending on how long the sailing is)
