I also should have clarified, limiting phone time, to me, means not spending too much time on social media. I should've been clear on that but this was a stream of consciousness episode and I winged er pretty hard!

2. Find some sun (or do light therapy).
3. Practice coziness.
4. Get good winter clothing.
5. Go Outside!
6. Watch a good show/movie (or read a good book).
7. Limit your phone time.
8. Make yourself do things you like to do.
9. Do a project (start small).
10. Spend time with people you ENJOY!
