Change is hard on anyone. There can be resistance to it and other roadblocks along the way. In Higher Education more often than not there is a long methodical process that takes place before a change occurs. Dr. Eric James Stephens found himself in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic and began an unexpected movement that is gathering steam towards change in Higher Education. For him, it started as a plea to connect with fellow academics on LinkedIn and that turned into a two-day event with 50+ speakers, 9 live-streamed panels, and 19 workshops. All for free.
