The Rising Stars program provides young professionals with an opportunity to develop their leadership skills, expand their network, and raise awareness for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. What is CF? Cystic fibrosis is a progressive, genetic disease that causes persistent lung infections and limits the ability to breathe over time. Join host Nick Koziol, to better understand how young leaders from this program are positively impacting the lives of those living with CF in the WNY community. Avid volunteer and Rising Stars chair, Kelly Glosser and Lauren Orlowski, Senior Development Manager for the WNY chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, will tell you first-hand how they are making a difference and empowering Rising Stars to be change agents in the CF community.
