Moms carry an almost impossible to manage load especially when trying to balance careers at the same time. In many families though, there's less burden on a Dad to do the same since men are historically expected to work outside of the house, while women stay home.
In keeping up with modern times, how can we balance the expectations put on mothers to do both things without burning themselves out, and maintaining a resent-free relationship with their spouse in the process?
