Description

Picture this: it's roughly 1200 BCE, and the Israelites have finally made it to the Promised Land. But Joshua, their great military leader, has died. There's no king yet, no central government - just twelve tribes trying to figure out how to finish what Joshua started. This is the wild west of ancient Israel, when "every man did what was right in his own eyes." And let me tell you, what seemed right to them was often spectacularly wrong.
