Brigitte is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Emotional Eating Expert. She helps ambitious women heal their relationship to food and their bodies. She also empowers them to experience all of life transitions (postpartum, caregiving, grief, etc.) in a sustainable, bountiful manner.
For nearly two decades, Brigitte struggled using food to numb out when stressed and overwhelmed. It became her mission to heal her own emotional eating and to find peace with food and her body. By doing this, she was able to show up fully and most abundantly during her most challenging life transition of all: the passing of her father. Brigitte now aids women in their own quest for peace on plate during life’s beautifully chaotic moments.
