During this interview with Summer, she talks about the importance of embracing the process, ditching quick fixes and cultivating physical and spiritual health.

Summer Haggins is a registered nurse, certified life coach, author and certified personal trainer originally from Cleveland, Ohio now residing in Austin, Texas.

Since Summer was young, she always had a natural love for people and helping others.  This love is what prompted her to attend school for nursing.

In 2003, she graduated from Ursuline College where she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing.  In 2007, she received her Masters of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. Summer is the visionary of I Am Warrior Princess, which is a movement focusing on women empowering  and supporting each other to be their best selves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

In January 2016, Summer released her first self-help published book , I am Warrior Princess: The Fight for the Life I Want.

She is currently working on her second book Warrior Words: 365 Days of Motivation for the Warrior in You.   Summer coaches and trains men and women to achieve healthy bodies while also encouraging and supporting their mental endurance and spiritual development.
