For today’s episode, I was sitting on a porch, swinging, on a bench, watching a creek - and it is just absolutely breathtaking.

It reminds me that I don’t need to go so fast and always grab my phone, or even talk. The silence and embracing nature around you are so magical. 

When I think of all the trips I’ve taken in my adult life, nature is the number one. I absolutely love getting outdoors, taking a hike, and just enjoying whatever adventures lie ahead of me.

During today's episode, I will be walking I want to help you find a time that you can take with you wherever you go if you find yourself feeling anxious, or stressed.
