In this episode, we continue our discussion of how being grateful can improve our lives and well-being.  We share 5 type of distorted thinking that can get in the way of positive self talk.  We go over how to break the negative thinking patterns by using the S.O.S. method and we give some examples of how to practice gratitude with questions to ourselves as well as how to give ourselves a positive pep talk.
