Description

“ If you have a little bit of outside the norm-ness to you, that's totally cool. Don't put it in a box, let it fly.”  - Annick Chalier

This episode is permission for anyone who has felt like they don’t fit into the mold they were given in life, to be goofy and let their weirdness exist in the world!

Annick Chalier is a mountain and gravel bike skills coach and endurance coach working primarily with cyclists. After a career in the energy industry she made a hard pivot towards coaching areas that she developed from her own passion, since finding sobriety in 2012. This pivot came after several years of working her coaching services on the side of her primary work. Coaching has enabled her to be more herself than she's ever been, helping folks unlock skills and capabilities in themselves that they didn't realize they possessed.

Annick gives the kids and adults she coaches permission to be themselves and develop gravel and mountain biking skills.
