Kyle shares his journey from a NHL career to transitioning back to a life outside of hockey and finding ways to give healing opportunities back to his communities.

Kyle Quincey is a 13-year NHL veteran who played for teams including the Detroit Red Wings and Colorado Avalanche. Now a wellness advocate and speaker, Kyle draws from his personal journey — overcoming multiple concussions and navigating his son Axl’s cancer diagnosis — to inspire others through mental health support and alternative therapies.

As Vice President of the Colorado Avalanche Alumni Association, Kyle is dedicated to growing the game and giving back to the community. He is also the co-founder of Do Good Ranch, a transformative retreat space promoting holistic well-being, healing and personal growth.
