Mental Performance Coaching helps athletes to reframe the stories they tell themselves about their performance and how they engage in their sports.
From her personal journey as a ski and whitewater kayak athlete who found mental performance coaching helpful for her own mental challenges with extreme sports. Lynn has Identified that there is a deficit of mental performance coaching in the extreme sport space and is working to offer her experience back to other athletes.
Lynn Barlow uses she/her pronouns. Lynn has spent the past 12 years working and playing outside as a raft guide and kayak instructor. She currently works as an instructor and guide at Big Sky Resort. Lynn is currently working towards a masters in applied sport psychology through Adams State University in Colorado.
