One of the key processes that has helped me deal with anxiety and stress in life has been popping up in nearly every interview I've done lately (some yet to be released-- our editors are working on those!). It's this idea that if you focus on only the things that are within your sphere of influence, most of that anxiety and stress melts away. It's related to getting present. What is actually happening right here and right now?
