Gayle Goodman Lynch is a serial entrepreneur and Business Life Coach who helps other business owners make more money while achieving greater peace.

Gayle launched her first venture as a solopreneur at the outset of the Great Recession in November 2008, and, while she has built successful businesses over the past 17+ years, she’s also fumbled and discovered much of a business failure has to do with our own limiting beliefs. Over the past decade, she has embarked on a healing journey, utilizing multiple modalities and absorbing more than 200 books on various mental health and spiritual concepts.

As CEO of CoEqual, Gayle coaches wantrapreneurs looking to start their first venture and small businesses looking to level up and scale. She blends Business Made Simple's proven frameworks for predictable business success with the wisdom she’s gained from her extensive exploration of mind-body-spirit principles.

Her goal is to help her clients create the life they want, supported by their business.

In addition to her coaching practice, Gayle is Co-owner and Managing Partner of It’s A Good Sign, a commercial signs and graphics company she launched with her husband. They launched this business using the systems and frameworks Gayle coaches to in her practice and, as a result, the business was cash flow positive within seven months of opening.

Because she was blessed with boundless energy, in her free time Gayle hosts the Choice Wisdom podcast, where she interviews people who have made specific choices to create the life they want. She and Greg live in East Dallas with their teenage daughter, two dogs and three cats. (If only there were systems and frameworks for that kind of chaos!)
