You cannot meditate from a high charged place, like anger, grief, overwhelm. But there are tools you can use when this is happening in your life.

You will treat anger very differently then depression or grief. Let me explain some simple tools you can use when you are in a highly triggered state and whe you are in a highly low space.  Get your journal and be ready to take notes.
