We all have them, bad habits that lead us down a path of self destruction.

Ill health, poor relationships and lack of happiness in our lives.

But if you are ready to choose better habits then check this episode out where I simplify the steps so you can release a bad habit and choose a new one that leads you right towards success, deeper connections and better health.

The simple yet powerful steps:

  1. Identify the bad habit.
  2. Have faith in your abilities to change. Know that you CAN and WILL change this habit. 
  3. Understand what need the habit satisfies (the needs are freedom, fun, survival, connection and power)
  4. Decide which need is being met, at what level that need is being met at, and how long is the need begin met
  5. Create a new habit that satisfies that need at a higher level and for longer 
  6. practice practice practice
