Here are 3 categories of activities you can begin to install in your daily life.
Physical - moving your body, getting outdoors, and yoga
Spiritual - Engaging with meditation products; like Mala Beads, crystals, gemstones and incense
Energetic - going inward and assessing, balancing, activating and blessing your chakras, Meditation is also a must and a powerful practice.
