I didn't until today when I was prepped for the 202 episode of #YourMorningCommute. As I talk about honesty, one of my favorite words but more so #values, I loved discovering the words translucent and seed in the definition as well. That aligns perfectly with being clear and planting a seed by being honest to strengthen your workplace culture.
