I have to admit it, DISRUPTION is one of my favorite words. To me it brings in so many opportunities to level up, to innovate - when you do it intentionally and publicly call out those intentions. Often, especially in 2020 we found all the disruptions caused fear, created chaos and an overall great unsettling. Today on the 234th episode of #YourMorningCommute I encourage you to flip the coin - get on the other side of fear - understand the disruption and the possibilities around you. It's time to move forward and let go of the past.
