Take one company value, one competency you measure roles by, one written goal and see how many different versions of what right looks like comes up between you and the employee you are discussing this with.
Inside your company culture there should be boundaries of what right looks like, sounds like, feels it - what we do, how we do, when we do, who we involve, when we involve, etc. There are many paths to getting 'it' done - what is the path inside of your walls and are you instilling this with all your employees - CONSISTENTLY - DELIBERATELY - DAILY???? In its simplest form?
