We are never finished...at least that's my opinion. There is always something up NEXT.
Asking yourself what's next is a part of a growth mindset.
Always learning, always growing...it is a way of forcing your mind to stay in the visionary process. Looking ahead, looking further, asking yourself and your team what can we do now? How can we take 'it' further?
For me, I do this daily around workplace culture but do this for you of course. Showing up daily, just like you and your team and the environment you are creating. My question is are you doing it intentionally or is it happening organically which can be risky.
