We are still over complicating it all - not sure why - but we are - I see it all the time, don't you?
On today's 357th episode of #YourMorningCommute - one location - one over arching leader - many teams - poor to great. The great team was FOCUSED and aligned with their purpose to serve and the others - not so much.
There are pockets of amazing teams inside of your company - do you know why? What are they doing? What is their sub-culture? What is their ONE FOCUSED thing? That amazing highly effective team may be yours - I hope so. If not, ask why.
