I love technology (tools) just like the next person but technology can't and shouldn't replace the human (people) touch.
Don't be fooled and think having a deemed tool that suggests it can automate your culture. NO my friends and colleagues, it can aid but not replace real human interaction. Humans defining what right looks like when we communicate and how we effectively communicate for example.
