Giving feedback is hard...I get it, but when you don't, you are doing a disservice to your colleague. Is that what you want?

In order to improve we have to put on another lens and that is hard to do on yourself. That's why we count on others to give us feedback - forward feedback - something we can use to bring forward and continually level up. When we see something, we need to say something...after-all wouldn't you want to know.
