Description

We all have habits, but are they working for or against us is the question. Some of mine are good and some not so good, what about you? 

I am often asked how I do what I do in a given day. Today on the quick workplace culture podcast I answer that question and more. In addition to what I recorded today, is a deeper comment that your habits must align to your total person, your total values, your purpose, and those you are surrounded by daily - inside of your world. If you are off key in your habits, then you are off key to yourself and your team and your workplace culture.
