When is the last time you celebrated something that went well? When is the last time you told your team, your direct employees about something that went well...no matter how big or small... truly celebrated the win.
Today is about reflecting on the wins not the losses or mishits but WINS. What went right a few minutes ago, yesterday, last week, last quarter, this year...capitalize on the win not the loss. I am challenging you today to journal your hearts out on all the wins. You can do this - I know you have had lots, I just need you to stop and really think and about all of them.
