When I was a young teenager, I recall my father telling me that everyone sells. Regardless of their title or role in a company - life is about selling. That advise planted all those years ago has remained with me and comes up often. We all do sell (influence) daily in some way shape or form.
Today on the 430th episode of #YourMorningCommute I ask you if you have shifted your mindset on how you attract talent into how are you selling them on why they need to pick YOU, your Team, Your company. Gone are the days why they need to convince you to hire them but now, why should they choose you over other offers.
