Don't take it too personal unless the shoe fits...but I am seeing some leaders bail on their team regularly and its become their new comfort zone. Bailing or Supporting - what is your leadership state of mind. I am defining bailing as not fully supporting your team. The checkins, the clarity on expectations, given the proper resources, over tasking, not following up until it's too late - after they have given notice for example or missed another deadline. Today on the 451st episode of #YourMorningCommute I give some tough love, examples of what I mean and some ways to get out of your possible rut of bailing on your team.
