I can not, not call out all the leadership attributes that President Zelenskyy has displayed to the world over the past few weeks. What do you do as leaders when no one is watching and when everyone is watching. The attributes we are seeing play out daily include authenticity, courage, and resiliency. His language is clear, simple and completely relatable. So today on this 453rd episode of #YourMorningCommute I call them out and apply another story that happened over the weekend. The closer you are to your team, ears to the ground the more likely you know what is going on and prevent any derailments, like resignations.
