Let me ask you this...I know you pay your employees a paycheck (money) but are you also paying them with a 'relationship paycheck'? I am referring to how you build rapport, real conversations, real connections, treating them as valued humans first and foremost and then paying them for the work they do. Is it a job for them or a career and a connection for them when they show up for work.
Employee engagement can be bought by payroll...just saying
Don't forget to pay them by building rapport too. It is a really important part of their total compensation.
