If, you don't assume a bobbing of the head means your team is fully on aboard and ready to engage.
If, you ask them what it will take for their full commitment ahead of time.
If, you ask them what may derail them along the way, so you can be proactive with detours.
Don't take your team commitment for granite, rather get them on board every step of the way.
