If that statement is true for you, then what will you do differently today. If you couldn't post on Indeed for example - what would you do? Today's leadership requires even more out of the box thinking...if traditional doesn't' work - go in the opposite direction - create a new path. Detours happen all the time, are you willing to take it or even create it?
