What are your culture norms?
Today specifically around meetings and training sessions?
I had the pleasure of training a hotel leadership group recently and before we started the GM collected all the cell phones. Of course, I loved that...I could tell it was a culture norm for them as they were easily collected and placed in the back of the room. That is a great culture norm of how they 'meet and train' together to remain engaged and not tempted or distracted by their incoming calls, texts and emails.
