I love hearing managers tell me how the direct report effectively managed up - giving them feedback and it landed as it was intended.
Plain and simple, it does my heart good to hear these stories. Bravo to all those levels having the space and grace to give feedback all ways (both vertically and horizontally). This is what strong cultures are made of and what strong leaders encourage.
