How present are you during Hybrid, in the office work days? Are you being seen and truly connecting with others?
As many continue struggling with todays new world of work, being present, when you are present is even more important.
We create bias (good and bad) to those we interact with IN PERSON. We do the same on phone calls and zoom meetings too, but today I am focused on your office interaction when you are there. How you are scheduling the hybrid schedule with your team is vitally important as well.
If you are giving options on days to come in, then you may be missing the collaboration and certainly the 'Presence' opportunities to further connect in real time.
Even worse, you come in and close your door and don't interact with others. Or even more worse, you come into the office and no one else is there and you are wondering why you are there.
The list goes on...my point - get aligned with your team and your schedules for deliberate time together. Presence bias is on my mind today...I hope it makes you be more present too.
