Transparency in leadership is often touted as essential for building trust and fostering a positive work culture. Finding balance of sharing and oversharing can be difficult at times.
I find many leaders under share and hold onto information instead of putting it out there and it doesn't land well with the rest of the team. It causes uncertainty and unnecessary stress for everyone.
