In this episode we talk with author/writer Rachel Kang about the gift of words and telling our own stories.
Our guest Rachel Kang is a New York native, born and raised just outside of New York City. A mixed woman of African American, Native American, Irish, and Dutch descent, she writes poems, prose, and other pieces that whisper into the thin tension between life and faith. Rachel is a graduate of Nyack College in New York where she obtained a degree in English with Creative Writing. She is the founder of Indelible Ink Writers, an online community prompting creatives through soulful art and writing journeys. Her writing has been featured on Christianity Today, (in)courage, and Charlotte Magazine. Rachel writes for and serves on the Board of Advisors for Fashion & Compassion. Her first book, on creativity as calling, is due out in 2022 with Revell Books. She lives a blink away from The Queen City.
