Description

We all have doubts and restraints that stop us from taking the actions we need take to change our circumstance - so why do we avoid changing? It seems simple: wake up, do the things we have to do and said we would do, and reach our goals. Easy right? Obviously not or we would all be doing it. It's okay to not be perfect, it's okay to want things and feel mentally trapped and unable to reach those goals, but at some point we have to make a choice. Do we want to experience the same things we are experiencing now, or do we want to change?
