Jane and Rachel explain how the program works, providing both personalized coaching and group support, with educational sessions and practical assignments designed to help participants achieve results that go beyond the numbers on the scale.

And while participants do lose weight (over 10 lbs. of fat on average during the 13-week challenge), that's not the main point.

You don't lose weight to get healthy: you get healthier and then losing weight is a welcome side effect.
