Chattanoogans in Action for Love Equality and Benevolence, or CALEB, is a public action collation that brings together various groups from across the city to enhance quality of life for all. With the announcement of the South Broad Stadium project, CALEB is working towards the formation of a Community Benefits Agreement to ensure the development brings benefits for all Chattanoogans.
