Description

Nicole Heyman is Chattanooga's first chief housing officer, a role created by Mayor Tim Kelly to bring a unified vision and strategy to the city's various affordable housing programs. In this episode we discuss what governments mean when they say "affordable housing", the programs that Chattanooga is using to promote affordability, and other factors that are affecting housing prices.
