Sister Victoria Bolaño was born in Venezuela, she's the youngest of 2 children. Her mother is a devoted homemaker, and her father ran his own hardware business. As a youth, she enjoyed playing lacrosse, dance and learning history. At age 13, her family decided to move to America and start a new life there, they reside in Saratoga Springs, Utah. She started her missionary service in May of 2024, she served for the first 5 months of her mission in the Historic Sites of New York and Pennsylvania, and she has served the rest in the Kansas Wichita Mission.
