In the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, many are rushing to call him a martyr of the faith. But let’s be clear: martyrdom in Scripture has always meant one thing—dying for Christ. Dying because you would not deny the gospel. Dying because you bore witness to Jesus. If Charlie Kirk died for anything, it was for conservatism. It was for MAGA. And the church must not whitewash his legacy or baptize politics in the blood of its champions.This video is a warning to the church: conservatism is not Christianity. Confusing the two is idolatry. Our mission is not to win culture wars but to proclaim Christ crucified, risen, and reigning. The world doesn’t need another political savior—it needs the Savior, Jesus Christ.
