Description

In this episode, we explore the concept of "doing the work on yourself," which encompasses self-awareness, self-reflection, overcoming limiting beliefs, healing past traumas, self-compassion, goal setting, taking action, and continuous learning. This journey of self-improvement is ongoing and requires dedication.

We also discuss how to recognize if a potential partner is actively engaged in personal growth. When a partner responds empathetically and shows a willingness to understand and improve, it's a positive sign. Conversely, defensive, dismissive, or gaslighting behavior is a red flag. We provide insights into identifying green flags in a relationship, such as respecting boundaries, understanding love languages, acknowledging introverted and extroverted qualities, showing curiosity about each other's interests, and handling past relationships with maturity.
